As lead for the recruitment desk, I’m always looking for innovative ways to improve client recruitment processes, employer brands, and to make hiring more inclusive for candidates. I love helping companies to identify their next steps to drive an inclusive culture while creating a conducive atmosphere in which employees can thrive. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching F1, being part of a local dance group, and spending time with my family.
I’m an accomplished people and HR professional with a diverse background spanning corporate communications, publishing, digital media and the third sector. Before I joined Sleek HR, my most recent role was leading the people and HR function at a prestigious corporate communications agency. I have extensive hands-on experience in the full employment lifecycle and coaching managers and I’m thrilled to be able to share this with clients. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dog, and volunteering in my local community.
With more than 13 years’ professional HR experience, I’m able to help businesses to streamline their processes to achieve their goals – and I’m always looking for new approaches to improve the way HR works. I’m an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and previously worked as an HR and payroll manager. I also provide general HR support and conduct policy reviews and audits.
